A major entertainment industry supplier of video games and movies required a new title to be released to market in as little time as possible to take advantage of a spike in demand. The Carton Service team responded by developing a new structure, creating art, producing the finished cartons, and delivering product within 6 working days from the initial phone call. This customer was able to respond to a sudden change in the marketplace with two weeks and meet the requirements of their mass merchandiser customers. Product Branding
The industry leader in high quality hand held power tools enlisted Carton Service's Creative Team to assist in the launch of a new "high end" product line. Carton Service responded with an innovative application of a substrate allowing our customer to distinguish their product's features and differentiate their product quality through enhanced graphics and shelf appeal. This product launch was recognized as one of the most successful new product launches in the company's extensive history. Innovation
A mid major pharmaceutical company approached Carton Service regarding the development of a non-heat sealed card pack for their physician's samples. Carton Service's structural design team, in conjunction with representatives from our manufacturing group, outlined the project and began looking at innovative ways to utilize our equipment to meet this customer's requirements. The final result was a unique fold over card with a printed insert, utilizing a hot melt release liner application. We have cost effectively produced several million of these cards for this customer and have helped them extend their product's life cycle.
