Carton Service is a privately owned company providing packaging solutions since 1926 to wide variety of markets, including food, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods.
Are you a union shop?
No. We value our associates and have a strong work relationship. Many of our associates having been with us for over 10 years and some for more than 30 years.
What kind of cartons do you manufacture?
We manufacture paperboard folding cartons, blister cards, sample packs and displays, and more. With in-house structural and graphic design resources, we can provide highly customized solutions for all your folding carton needs.
Do you provide stock boxes?
No, we are not a brown box company. We specialize in high quality folding cartons and full color capabilities for printed cartons. There are other companies that can provide white cartons in stock sizes.
Do you do contract packaging?

Is there a sales rep in my area?
We have many experienced account managers located across the United States. Our team is willing and able to travel and meet with you face to face to assess your needs. We always encourage our customers to come visit us in Shelby, OH to take a tour.
Do you offer fulfillment services?
Yes, we offer a full line of contract packaging services. Do you have your own truck?
No, we do not own our trucks. However, we have well established relationships with several carriers. Moreover, our location is ideally positioned close to main highways and within a day’s driving distance of 75% of the U.S. population.
How long does it take for a quote?
Most quotes take 1-2 days from the time they are received.We always go above and beyond to give you the best educated response in the shortest amount of time.Our Creative Services Team – which includes structural and graphic design – can also help you with mock-ups and more for presentations and retail line reviews.
Who handles my account? Who will answer my questions?
We are open to communication. In most cases, your sales representative will be able to get you an answer or you can call your dedicated customer service representative.
