- Our quality program is based on ISO 9001 – 1994 Standards. The program includes: CAPA (Corrective Action, Preventive Action), Supplier assessment (audits), Management review (includes tracking of specific critical metrics), Contract review, Internal audits, Change control, Record retention, Training records, Equipment calibrations, Certificates of Compliance (CofC’s), Final review of production checklists, Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL’s), and Inspections.
Carton Service has achieved FSC® certification (FSC-C182277) to ensure that the paper-board materials which make up our primary material in our folding cartons and gable top cartons are FSC® Mix and Recycled materials.
